Acceptable Use Policy

This policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using EraHQ.

You May

• Use EraHQ for personal planning, journaling, habit tracking, and self-improvement
• Customize your routines, habits, and sticker placements
• Upload personal images to your style board
• Screenshot your own personalized views (your habit grid, your daily screen, your decorated screen) and share them on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use EraHQ on multiple devices with the same account

You May Not

• Share your account login credentials with others
• Allow others to access EraHQ through your account
• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display EraHQ's design system, UI elements, sticker assets, or creative content
• Use EraHQ's assets (stickers, templates, UI screenshots) in any commercial product, course, or offering
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of EraHQ
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to interact with or extract data from EraHQ
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Use EraHQ to engage in any activity that violates applicable law

Consequences

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• A warning
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account without refund

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what action to take.
